Sturridge....Worth a punt?

Looks like hes thrown his toys out of the pram, would he be worth the gamble to bring him back home?

Obviously i'd expect an apology for the time the greedy barsteward threw a hissy fit because we wouldn't pay him 90k a week after a handful of first team apps and his injuries are cause for concern, but i'd rather have a him up front than Bony all day long

He can't be Grated, only Arsenal players are World Class, I thought everyone knew that?
It's a no from me I'm afraid. The profile City have now wouldn't be good for his health I think, anything he did would be in the press, not quite Ballotelli v2, but on similar lines.

You are right, but it isn't just that. I didn't put that with the managerial and financial clout we now have, we should be setting our sights a bit higher as well. I do rate him when on form, but, given that he didn't leave well, and he isn't on form enough, I think we can do better these days. Jimmy M left well, the fans would welcome him back with open arms, even though our management thought we could do better. Hope he does well at Liverpool, he is a model professional in my book.
