City are vastly overrated, and half the players can barely play possession football. Who exactly will leave a top club to go to City? Where is he going to get players to compete with PSG, Bayern, Barca, Real, and Atletico?

How can Arsenal fans expect us compete with the resources of money bags Leicester, United, Tottenham, Chelsea and City. I'm just happy we're sitting pretty in 4th place. Anything above that is just being unrealistic. Just ask Wenger.

Well, they're all coming up and we had better be ready for these teams. City will be more than fine, I'd be more worried about us under Wenger.

He will be in for a shock at how poor these City players are relative to their value. Pep is in the top 3 of managers in the world, so he won't be the reason City falters. He has a much bigger job to do compared to what he started with at Barca and Bayern. Aguero, Silva, and De Brunye are the only players who could play Guardiola-ball. Now he has to get a defense that can play with the ball, replacements for Fernando and Navas, and a few more who can actually allow City to compete in Europe. the EPL is already behind the elite of Europe, so I don't think Pep will be overwhelmed by the league if he builds a proper team.

Pep has and always had all the required component to build a fantastic side, he must have had the easiest journey to managing top sides.
Even with Man city he will get as much financial backing as he wants, but when he does come to EPL he will realise Prem is different kind of animal and to succeed long term is near impossible just ask Jose.
The so called "Elite" of Europe has unfair advantage over Elite of UK, such as unfair TV money, winter breaks, inflexible schedule, competition etc.

You can't use money as a disadvantage for Premier League teams. The EPL is awash in cash; even mid-table teams are pulling in money to rival revenue of some of the top, top teams across Europe. The EPL has just been poor, regardless of winter breaks, competition, or any other excuses. The showing in the CL and Europa League has been enough evidence of this.

EPL hasn't been poor just more competitive because of fair structured pay any teams in EPL can afford a good - top player that other european teams in same position can only dream of.
Look at what Bayern did to Dortmund, completely dismantled their only competition financially and in process became the only Top dog in the league..This sort of stuff just cannot happen in EPL. Or look and Laliga's unfair TV money to Barca and Real, it was miracle that Alt. Madrid did what they did.
Money in EPL is making the league fair within but unfair when competing with Unfair European leagues in Europe who has different system...even so in few years time EPL will certainly breed Elite teams once again.
