Konchesky.. 1.4mill
Mills.. 4.5mill (initial)
Fernandes.. 500k loan fee
Beckford.. 3mill (initial)

So by my reckoning, thats an initial spending of 11.1 million with an extra 2 million dependent on add ons for beckford and mills

Schmeichal was 1.2 mil
You've missed off St Ledger - Who was around 1.1 mil
There was also a loan fee for Johnson, though I'm not sure how much.
