I dipped into Weststandviews earlier today and there is a thread which suggests that Sturrock is not sure whether he will be at Southend for much longer. I've seen rumours about managers before where someone says they are in the know, thankfully, they usually come to nothing.
Anyone heard anything?

This is the first i've heard of anything. Personally i dont think he is going to leave he even said after he was linked with the torquay job that he is here for the long run. And i dont think he would like to leave the club in its current state

Unless RM/TB have decided to cash in and sell our best players I think PS will stay.

It seems at odds with his talk re a 3/5 year plan. Don't see Sturrock as a walk away. He's here for the duration. Agree with all above.
