Shame I never got to see him play. RIP to a legend

Hi Sane & Tomkins.

Met Bobby & his wife (1st) Tina on several occasions. He was a genuinely nice man & had no airs and graces about him, even though he was the first England captain to lift the World Cup.

As a player he was extremely mobile & looked as though he had no pace, but his timing was superb, as was his positioning & reading of the game.

Great footballer, great man & a great loss to us all.
