Hi Guys,
Looking at our 18 man squad for such a crucial game can anyone remember where we our anyone has had such a bad injury problem..
Our Main GK, RB, CB, LB, MF, RM, Winger and CF are all out together.. I know injuries happen but we have key injuries in 90% of the team..
As much as I want LVG out do feel sorry for the injuries that could of been a slight better season..
Also hope Martial plays on the left wing, find him so much more deadlier when he cuts in and shoots..
Going for a 2-1 win tonight with them winning on Pens...
Is this our worst team ever..!

I'm looking forward to watching it post mate I can see a goal in the first ten minutes and a better performance.

I suppose it makes sense to sit down if you're horny and not get up to the technical area. Does Van Gaal have a cushion in his lap too?

If Depay, Herrera and MS turned up for once we should be beating these comfortably !!

I think it may well be your worst team in a long time. I think you will win 3-0 tonight though and go through. The Europa league actually gets to be ok too if you can last to the final stages.

This would take some beating:
Taibi
Prunier Blanc Spector
Milne Kleberson Djemba-Djemba Miller
Birtles Obertan
Manager: Louis Van Gaal

Give them a chance, by which I mean an eleventh player!

Don't go with this injuries crap.
I have followed and supported this club since 1967, and i have obviously seen some poor players in that time. But the real truth is, the club has never had so much garbage getting regular starts as they have done over the past 3-4 seasons.
at no other time would i have seen the fans accept, so readily, weaknesses such as martial, welbeck, cleverley, the twins, coco, januzaj, herrera and others i'm struggling to try to forget.
None of them have been (or are) true MUFC quality. At least they are not if the club has any major ambitions.
the present, and ongoing, situation has diddly squat to do with injuries.

Your manager is taking the mike with this practically reserve lineup tonight. They'd better get through the next round. If not, expect a meltdown of nuclear proportions !

Don't think the ambition to win a major cup or the league was his priorities, hence the small squad..
____________
Yes that's right. LVG is so stupid that he would prefer to have a small squad than win something.
LVG has already explained that the reasons for the small squad are:-
1) More consistent team selection / less rotation
2) Give youngsters more of a chance to get game time
Whether you agree with these reasons or not it is absurd to blame the squad size when we have 15 players out injured (on MUTV they said it was 16).
That is a ridiculous number any which way you look at it and to say even that is LVG's fault is beyond churlish and into the realms of stupidity.
Unless you are suggesting that LVG should have signed 15 more players in the summer to cover for injuries?
Good plan.
