Arro, please stop!

Firstly, let me introduce myself

I’m an ex-pat living in Copenhagen for the last 14 years – die-hard Leicester fan with 40 years of pain and glories to discuss (another day) – an 18 year old son in the UK who had a ‘dad funded’ season ticket until he moved to UEA this year + a 4 year old son here who I’m convinced is the only one of his age running around Copenhagen proudly wearing a City shirt!

I have followed this board for many years (under this and previous guises) and always enjoyed the (mostly) friendly banter! I’ve not posted before as I don’t get to see as many games as the rest of my fellow LCFC comrades and I wouldn’t want to presume to throw in my opinions from a reduced perspective – (as an aside: we do get a lot of the games live on Danish TV here [thanks Kasper for being Danish!] including 3pm Saturday games that you guys don’t get live! + the Foxes player is a bargain/life-saver at £5 per month to hear live commentary!)

I literally cried when we lost to Watford, cried again when we got promoted back to the PL, lived and breathed every minute of the incredible end to last season, and along with you all I am currently witnessing the amazing accomplishments of this season – I have taken the congratulations, jokes, and amazements of fellow ex-pat (and Danish) supporters of other clubs and I find myself truly floating and living in a dreamland which I never thought I would experience in my lifetime, let alone be able to share with my sons!

So, what’s the point I hear you ask?

The point is – its football – we all love it and have our (sometimes tribal) loyalties and beliefs – but we are all football fans.

Because of our exceptional achievements thus far we are rightly getting a lot of interest – if we win the PL then that would be the pinnacle of the footballing side of my life, if we don’t win the PL then we will still have had the best season in my memory and one we should be rightly proud of and be able to talk about for years to come!

Neutral supporters are talking about us – the world is talking about us – and a lot of people want us to win it.

However, we lose all respect and any support from fans of other teams due to mindless, petty, unsubstantiated, irrational and totally unnecessary comments/post/wums from a certain poster on this forum who pertains to support the same club and represent the same values as me!

Arro, please stop – you are embarrassing our City, our club, your fellow fans, our dignity, and our (potential) place in football history

I prefer the mean green to anything else. Also the only drug that's taken in its natural state I think.

Me too mate, I'd love some blue cheese, the green over here is anything but mean 😏

Shrooms, mimbi.

Those things grow in hours over here, after rainfall overnight and the morning sun, a paddock can be full of them growing out of cow pats, bit gross but that's where they grow but in those conditions you'll have a field day, literally, picking little goldies.

I don't know if Nimbin is still operating in the same way as it did when I was there. If it is, and you live within a couple of hours, well worth the trip to stock up.

Yeah I love Nimbin 😉👍
