Who honestly didn't feel more certain of a bottle-job than a league-winning campaign? It was just waiting to happen; they bottled it two seasons ago when Liverpool and Chelsea scored 5 and 6, they bottled the easiest CL QF in years against Monaco, they nearly bottled the FA Cup final and semifinals. I look forward to seeing the manager and most of this team leave. It is unacceptable for a club of Arsenal's stature and talent to underachieve in a manner that becomes so predictable that fans have little hope even when things seem to be going well.
Arsenal have ruined the title race; they should've allowed Leicester to get 3 poinst en-route to a historic achievement. If they have any honor, this team of disappointing, underachieving, pathetic excuse for footballers will smash Spurs or at least force a draw and help Leicester.
I don't even care if top 4 is secured. I haven't been this exasperated for a long time. You can go back to penalties against Galatasaary to see Wenger's team begin their pattern of bottling. Then Giggs scoring THAT goal. Then the CL final. He must go. Love and respect him, but he has forever tarnished his legacy with this season.
