Another one long in the tooth but his achievements can't be ignored is Marcelo Lippi, he may have retired I'm not sure.

Simeone hasn't had just one good season, he's been close enough to excellent every season at Atlético so far. The big difference is that the scale of Atlético's achievements are not fully appreciated over there because they're not in the PL spotlight.
First half season, he lifted the team out of a relegation battle and won the Europa League.
Next season kicked off by pummelling Chelsea in the European Super Cup, he qualified them for the CL and got Atlético their first win in 13 years against Real Madrid - in the Spanish Cup final and at the Bernabeu, of all stages.
Next season won the league ahead of the big 2 and came within a minute of winning the CL.
2014-15 kicked off by winning the Spanish Super Cup. They went out by the narrowest of margins in the CL QFs to Madrid, and Cup QFs to Barça, while maintaining their direct CL GS place in La Liga despite having lost several of the players who were key to the previous season's sucess.
This year they're in the CL k.o. rounds again, are the only side remotely challenging Barça for the league and have become the first club in the history of La Liga to win for a 3rd successive year at the Bernabeu.
Atlético's progress can be summarised by the fact that they've risen from 23rd in the European rankings to 5th.
Finally, it's worth mentioning too that before coming over to Europe, he'd won the Argentinian league with two different clubs, including Estudiantes' first title in 23 years.

Yeah, it's pretty cool how Wenger is the ONLY ONE who manages in the Premier League.
That's 10% of the managers on your list.
I'm pretty sure when I was at school that 'most' meant more than 50%.
Even if you want to include Mourinho and Ancelotti, who have managed in the Premier League in the past, that's 30%, and if you include Guardiola, who is due to manage in the Premier League in the future, that still only makes 40%.
Still pretty cool though, huh?

Lol bro, the list has changed a lot. I had Ranieri and Hiddink at first, plus I was couting Mourinho, guardiola and Conte too since they'll be here next season.

No thanks. What I said is true, there is more to being a good manager than trophies won !
