Wow talk about overthinking it. Just win your fecking matches and stop bottling it and you might win the league.

No, it means the chances of Newcastle not losing are now greater than zero.

Didn't you see Mahrez on Football Focus a couple of weeks back, laughing?? They're under no pressure whatsoever. They're probably all still making jokes, pinching each other to see if they're going to wake up. You're talking about a team whose target for the season, was survival, who will be playing ECL football next season (most likely). The only pressure they might feel is any they put on themselves, in their own minds. The football world certainly isn't going to bring any pressure to bare because it's still totally convinced Leicester won't win it. It's all win/win for them at the moment. They could lose every game left and would still be happy as pigs in...

Course they would for the cameras when they arent just about to play a match

On monday they play a poor Newcastle side who they are expected to beat, who will sit back and play for a point . The pressure would have all been on Leicester carving a way through them and i doubt midway through the game if its still 0-0 they will think "doesnt matter if we dont score cos we've had a great season". No one outside Leicester will remember them if they finish 2nd. Now more focus will be on Newcastle and Rafa, and needing to make a good start under him to create some hope that they will stay up.

Think you're wrong there, nobody will be forgetting about this Leicester run any time soon. I'm not saying the Leicester players are suddenly going to start playing for draws and don't care whether they win or lose. I'm saying you are looking at this situation as though the focus that's now on Leicester is the same sort of high pressure focus that would be on one of the bigger clubs in the league if they were in Leicester's current position. The players themselves may put themselves under their own mental pressures. But football as a whole has no pressure on Leicester to win the league at all. If they Lose to Newcastle on Mon, there will be nothing like the fuss made that it would be if it was us or City.

There will be no criticism of Sven should they not win the title from here. No Leicester players will be being criticised for letting the side down. Most importantly of all:

Leicester fans do not see the league title as a god given right the way bigger club fans do. The entire city are in a mindset of "Woooo Hooooo, this is CRAZY!! Aw man it would be so amazing if we win, I can't believe we've even got this far."

Even though they are looking at the same table we are, they're seeing through very different eyes. Your average Leicester fan will probably be telling themselves "Well we probably won't do it." right up until the last point needed to win it is won. The only day there will be any pressure will be that last result they need (destiny in own hands). The truth of it is, if you're a Leicester player right now. The last result, the game where you walk out a contender and could come in an EPL winner. THAT'S the moment this all becomes REAL. 'Til you face that 90mins, it's plain sailing, enjoying the craziest Premier League ride in history...

"Living the dream."

WHAT PRESSURE??

Usually a new manager brings about a good result. Even Villa got a draw against City in Gardes first game
