Dougie's gone!

Paul Taylor ‏@nottmtails 1 min1 minute ago
Dougie Freedman has been sacked as Forest manager #nffc

To me, this is absolutely crazy and I am starting to believe that Fawaz has no idea what he is doing. We are in a bad run at the moment, don't get me wrong but we have no capable strikers in our team now Oliviera is injured, so what exactly is Dougie supposed to do!?

There is no way unless he pulls off a massive coup that any good can come of this and we are once again going to be in a complete state of disarray once again.

I mean for one thing we have still not had a manager who has survived a full season.

He is showing no sign of comprehending what is missing from the running of the club. It's all been spelt out to him a number of times. He isn't going to change and we will be here same time next year debating the latest sacrificial lamb.

I'm so bored with the Ku-wait-is!
I'm so bored with the Ku-wait-is!
But what can I do???

Have to agree will, this is obviously how he is going to run the club, and will not change.

I would say there are more fans now who want him out then to remain.

He's pretty much suggesting that if the negativity continues he may sell up and walk away. If he had referred to abuse then fair enough, but negativity? The negativity is there because of what a mess the club is in not because some fans just decided to feel rubbish about the club for no reason. There is one person who has overall control and is the main cause of that and can sort it out. But no, he wants the majority of our fan base to join his loyal brand of happy clappers to pat Uncle Fawaz Boss on the back, say what a wonderful job he's doing and we'll be in the EPL in no time.

The one positive I picked up yesterday was that Frank Clark may be consulted over the next manager, whether that is heeded is any ones guess.

In my opinion though, even if we get a decent manager in there remit is bigger than you'd expect of a normal manager because of the lack of structure, add into that a bit of owner babysitting/promotion and unrealistic goals.

It'll get worse before it gets better, possibly a lot but for me I'd rather get it started and change owner. I can't even bring myself to say his heart is in the right place because he's kicked a few loyal club people in the nuts and it's all about the FAH show

If you put yourself on the parapet, you've got you've got to expect a few arrows.

I just can't comprehend how he can think that fans should be lapping up when the club has clearly regressed in league position every season he has been here? The sell up threat is a poor attempt to try and scare fans into line IMO. Instead of wasting energy in this way, he should be locating the nearest dictionary and doing some research around the term "structure".

I somehow managed 5 mins of the video yesterday but had to ditch it there, that's 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back

I could guess exactly what he was going to say as I have heard the same script re-hashed half a dozen times now...

The funny thing is a while ago he said similar, the press picked up and quoted him naturally. He then got a few pats on the back as usual, then denies that's what he meant threw a wobbly at the press and has only been doing state TV statements/interviews since. Up until yesterday where he makes the same threat, beggars belief.

Al Hasawi revealed he is getting tired of the criticism he is receiving and would be prepared to sell for the right offer.

"I don't want to sell and walk away," Al Hasawi told the BBC. "But if it carries on in the same thing as this, maybe I might do.

"If people are pushing and always negative, and there is no appreciation, why should I continue?

"Maybe there are some people better than me and I am doing it wrong. If there is somebody who wants to buy the club and gives me the right money, maybe I do so."
