When Harry was "ousted" from this club we were a Premier side. First season back is all about survival. That wasn't good enough for a lot of the merchants that follow the R's. They wanted us to stay up and play free flowing Brazilian style football as well !!! Harry was doing what he knew best, just keep us up and next season, we'll see. Just look at Leicester. Doesn't appen, Les comes along and a year and two Rooney rules later we're a run of the mill Championship side. Give me an experienced manager who can motivate players rather than a "chancer" who's gonna take us back to the third division South days. Derby will be lucky if they can get im on board.

It seems just the presence of the great man inspired Derby to all three points against their bitter rivals. I'm now thinkin about aving a wager on Derby being a Premier side next season.

Seriously if we can get some form together for the last 8 games, maybe we can rob some poor sods in 3rd place
Even more seriously, am yet to understand what Redknap's job is, we beat Forest yes, but hardly an inspirational performance that he can claim to have caused by laying on his healing hands. I really don't rate the guy but am fair enough to give him a chance to prove me wrong, I just don't get what we are paying him to do

Obviously those comments were a bit tongue in cheek. Redknapps a "man" manager, he knows ow to deal with people. Don't expect to see im on the training ground. We ad a great team, Redknapp was manager and McLaren was coach, it worked. You came along and poached Steve and the rest is istory. We now ave a director of football and as you say i'm not sure what he's supposed to be doing.
