rivals in footballing terms?
Derby and Nottingham have each other...
Birmingham have Villa, Wolves and West Brom.
That leaves Coventry? Possibly Kettering? Hardly a fierce derby is it? Or am I wrong, is there someone else I'm missing?

Who are Tottenham's local rivals? It can't be Arsenal. Look at the facts. When Tottenham last won the league:
Barack Obama and David Cameron weren't born.
Mauricio Pochettino wasn't born.
Jack Wilshere's DAD wasn't born.
Arsene Wenger was still at school.
The Queen was 35.
England were still five years away from winning the World Cup.
It was eight years before America sent a man to the moon.
Television was still black and white.
It was only sixteen years after the end of World War Two.
So. Bishop's Stortford? Harlow Town?

It tends to change around really.
When we were at the bottom end of the championship it was Coventry and to be fair Cov consider Leicester to be one of their main rivals.
More recently it's been Forest because we have been playing in the same division. Less so Derby

Sorry BS, we have played forest and derby over 100 times forest we have always hated, then to a lesser degree derby, coventry, johnny come lately, not worth talking about....

Forest or Coventry really depends which area of the County you come from, Melton is a Forest rivalry with the town being split red/blue ( well it was but I'm sure more kids will grow up LCFC fans from now on for a while ) but lower areas of the County it is Coventry.

I'm from the South, inbetween Leicester and Harborough but I hate Forest then Derby and couldn't give a rats about Coventry.
I hate Forest because when I was young all I ever heard was singing about hating Forest. I still to this day won't buy anything red and the only time I'll wear red is an England away shirt or dressing up as Santa for my kids.
