If you have 5 mins spare, there is a great read on the BBC about Poch.

I know the season hasn't finished yet but you can't help but love this guy.

And never will be, Deila will go back to Norway when Mario comes to his spiritual home...

Seriously though, I'd give my left bollok for a manager half as good as Mauricio, Spurs have a proper gem.

I feel like we have a direction, not something iv been able to say many times before. I wonder how difficult it will be to keep him if he does continue taking us forward.

One of the best young managers around.
Still got to prove himself by winning some silverware which will no doubt, come in time

Lets see what he achieves first. I remember his Southampton side came to OT and even though they lost 2-1 in SAF final season they pressed us so much it was crazy. We had to rely on so much last ditch defending it was unreal. I think Spurs are now playing the way MP wants as in his first season they where not anywhere near that level.

You can see clearly the difference Poch has made to the club. It's a team ethos, the players all celebrate together. Poch never singles out individuals on good or bad things. Players stick up for each other on the pitch, even mild mannered Kane squares up when dele gets in hot water.
In some ways I will feel sorry for Poch if we don't win the title because his work this season has deserved it
