This same man has allowed Rangers to win the league 3 years in a row when a little investment could have buried us! Yet he's never taken to task over this by the easily lead puppets who follow Celtic.

When Donald Findlay was vice chairman of Rangers he joked that if he had 5 million to spend, he would buy Ryan Giggs and use the spare change left to buy Celtic.
