What struck me listening to this is how emotially intelligent his approach is with the players. Afraid to say, I really don't think NP will be anywhere near as successful without him and Steve Walsh.

Yep, been saying this for months. Pearson, a very good manager, probably made his best career decision by hiring these two.

I was a huge Pearson fan but Ranieri has highlighted his limitations for sure.

Pearson may have a job again soon so lets see what happens. Im sure at the start of the season certainly Shakey would have looked to move with him. Maybe not so much now.
