Argue or stick to my view/opinion. I could agree with everything you and other say if that helps, then debate is washed away **

Look I find you quite entertaining, particularly when we are serving those gob$hites over there but it's okay for people to be seriously questioning Martinez now IMO, Moyes never put back to back lower half of the table finishes together and his squads weren't a patch on this one and is it 8 games lost at home now this season, that's not good enough for any Evertonian so I don't get the constant sarcastic defence of him that you do tbh, he needs a defensive coach and a PR guy or some PR training and that's just for starters

After sitting with a united fan on Sunday I did say at OT and here that even the cup win wouldn't tempt me to want him to stay

You don't want him to stay but I presume from your response to me the other day, that you still feel he is good enough for the job.

I do feel he plays a style of football I enjoy watching and will work. But I also look back at where it went wrong. Eto'o and that split has caused problems and we haven't recovered. Bring in Howe and maybe the new man playing the old man style works.

Del Bosque has recommended he is offered the Spain job.

I half read that headline but not actually the story. Good luck to him if that's the case but I think it would be a mistaken on stains behalf. As far as the football we play, sometimes it's pretty but most of the time I find it boring and predictable. I don't see how it's eto'o's fault if I am honest with you. Great player and he was decent for us on a few occasions but Martinez made the decision to bring him in and he has form ( eto'o) for being disruptive on team moral.

I agree that it was the managers fault/risk.

But as his disruptive influence grew out form dropped away.....recovered a little then stayed at the level we have now. A new guy will freshen and invigorate the squad. But I look at how with the U21's ,U19's etc play with a similar style and are doing well. Dowell looking to be a player under the coaching setup looks like he will make it. Partly cusps to Martinez, but let's not forget the influence Moyes had in setting up finch farm and the youth system we have......Bobby just changed the style slightly to match his needs.

But what about your claim that all the players Martinez signed would leave if he does. Looks like lakkaku is on his way out, what ever happens with martinez.

Well as Stines was a done deal last Summer according to one forum blue I was more than shocked the club resisted

It could depend on new man coming in, if we have a new manager. But I would think some would look to leave, Arsenal will come sniffing for McCarthy. Stones maybe to United without the club/Martinez getting together and wanting him to stay.

But Mirallas, Gery, Stones, Lukaku could all push to go and for harmony be allowed to go. You have to ask, why did Lukaku stay after last season and no EL football? Stones, how was he talked into staying?

Martinez is obviously very persuasive behind closed doors but everyone else can see it's not working. I just hope we can get another season under new management with the players we have.
