PSG

Team picks itself i think:

Hart
Sagna Otamendi Mangala Clichy
Fernando Yaya Fernandinho
Silva KDB
Aguero

Willy
Zab
Kolarov
Delph
Navas
Bony
Kelechi

Really hope we attack and don't try and get a draw. We will always concede at least 1 and so our best bet is to go for it. Their defence is as poor as ours.

Potential to be a pretty special night with the sell out and a fantastic chance to make a champions league semi final.

Hope Verrati's available; really enjoy watching him.

Though come to think of it, I won't be watching your game.

Yeah we need to bag. Hopefully we'll see more of the ball with Yaya in. Still think it was a blessing he missed the away leg though.

Cannot expect them to roll over ala Kiev, but we have set ourselves up with a fantastic opportunity. Time to get Sergio scoring properly again...

At what point would you guys cease to consider this a failed season on Pellegrini's part?

Is it already failed, regardless of the outcome in the CL?

Would only winning the CL save the season? Reaching the final?

Do any already consider reaching this stage in the CL and actually competing with the challengers as a milestone that makes the season worthwhile?

I believe winning the capital one cup, getting to a champions league semi final and coming 3rd or 4th in the league is far from a failed season

Thanks, Ali.

I'm just under the impression that many fans (and of course the club itself) made their minds up on Pellegrini some time ago, so I'm curious to know what their takes would be given the different potential season-end scenarios.

Always found Pel a really likeable guy and will want him to succeed wherever he goes. The way we (Madrid) treated him was absolutely embarrassing and undeserved.

In all honesty, every top 7/8 team in the PL should consider it a failure since Leicester are about to win the title.

I think (and hope) City get through tonight. Good luck

My mindset still accepts that more than 40 points is a good season. Seriously disappointed that we didn't give the PL a proper go but to do that you need to win against the top 6 and City just could not do that this season. More disappointed that we did this to ourselves by not keeping Denayer and Roberts in the squad, and persevering with one or two others when form dipped and the lack of faith in some of the youngsters left little option available.

It's hard to dislike Pel as a guy, but a nice guy doesnt make a great manager as we have seen. Tactically he really has been pretty abysmal in some important games

He is very rigid with his substitutions, refusing to give iheanacho a good chance, always bringing him on with 5/10 mins to go isnt fair on the kid, particularly when bony gets to play an hour most games

From my perspective, Pellegrini has played an important role in stabilising the club as continual title challenger every season but I dont think youll find a single City fan who thinks his time hasn't come and if we are to grow as a club and as a brand, we need someone of a higher calibre
