OS Deal to be made PUBLIC

This is intended for sensible West Ham fans like Sane & Tomkins, so muffinboy unless you have a sensible & relevant comment, stay away.

Just wondered what you think there is within the contract that might cause problems or embarrassment for either the LLDC or West Ham?

When the document was originally published, huge sections were redacted & now it has been ruled that these redactions must be removed.

Not sure that there will be anything that impacts badly on West Ham, because whatever has been redacted, I have to say that The 3 Amigos would appear to have done a brilliant bit of negotiation in how cheaply they have secured the tenancy.,

No, where the embarrassment & possible fall out will be is I believe with the LLDC, who have been outwitted in ther negotiations by WHU.

I believe we will see a deal that is totally one sided in West Ham's favour & that the taxpayer has received a very poor return on their initial investment.

Again this is not West Ham's fault, they are duty bound to get the best deal possible for their shareholders and fans. The deal has been described as West Ham winning the Euromillions Lottery after multiple roll overs!

There is a possibility that LLDC Board members could be pulled up before MP's to account for their decisions & possibly face sanctions.

It will be interesting to see whether LLDC, West Ham etc file an appeal against this latest ruling.

Again I think West Ham are blameless in this negotiation process, the only thing they are guilty of is getting a magnificient deal for the club!
