There are many reports in the last hour from creditable sources (best to look on NewsNow ) stating that Steve McClaren is on the verge of resigning as Manager of Nottingham Forest after only 11 weeks in charge.
The Independent on-line says that McClaren has gone to his home in the North East of England to 'consider his future.'
This is on the back of Forest not bringing in any players on transfer deadline day.
I have mixed views on this. I almost feel sorry for Forest, because it's a lousy situation to be in, but what are your thoughts?
McClaren to quit Forest

Oh, even if it's utter ball-hooks, I love the idea of Sav managing Forest.
As long as it doesn't clash with his media commitments, of course.........

Smc's played this card before. When he was at Wolfsburg he complained they didn't let him spend anything.
Davis has said the same thing for two seasons down the kennel.
Anyway he's stopping it's been on 5 live & SSN

bush, what with boeteng and derbyshire?

boateng won't be in our starting 11 now Moussi is fit and also when we sort a left back out that lets Cohen play in midfield. derbyshire will turn out to be a very good signing when he regains his fitness.
