James Morrison - would take him, he is a bluenose, I feel he will sign a new deal at West Brom though
Tom Carroll - No chance of getting him, wages and fact he'd get another epl team
Stéphane Sessègnon - no, silly money and we don't need another journeyman
Darron Gibson - good player, he's a Shettleston so doubt very much he'd come to us
Mikel Arteta - no
Steven Whittaker - no fooing way
Jonas Olsson - no

I reads more like a 'what have these players got in common' thing than a list of transfer targets

I reckon,
Rangers will play hardball, however
People talk about wages and what Rangers can afford but if anyone can sell Rangers down south it's Mark Warburton.
Another name i've heard from down south is Rickie Lambert. Experienced and can find the back of the net.
The list posted might not be favored by you but put it this way expect the unexpected.
Experience will be signed to develop a spine and youth and potential signed for cover.
