Not sure we've ever done this before, but coming up to the end of the season this is a bit like asking Glen Hoddle to pick his man of the match around the 85 min mark on BT Sport
So.....who would you vote as Leicester City JA606 poster of the year 2015/16? The prize is....they get to add the title to their screen name for a whole year. Now that's really something to tell your grandchildren about in 50 years time. Or right now perhaps.
I've thought long and hard about the nominations and....well it has to be 5 people so we can utilise the voting system.
I'll excuse myself from the list because I want to give someone else a chance to win it.
I have picked 5 posters who contribute a lot to the site, contribute quality as well as quantity and have been some of the most active this season. This is hard to do because I could have picked 30 and if there is uproar then let's get more nominees in.
My nominations are;
5. Arrothefoxinoz - Arro is a strong contender for POTY. Only Payet has had a better season than Arro who has this year alone taken on the whole of the Spurs board (and got banned), re-discovered his love for hating West Brom while making billions as a travel agent. I'm sure you'll agree he has lit up these boards. VOTE 5 STARS if Arro is your POTY
4. The Dungeon Master - Dunge is one of the stalwarts of the Leicester board and indeed of the old 606 website. He's like Yoda in many ways but perhaps even wiser and slightly less green looking. Dunge is best known for his witty songs and stories and his user name has absolutely nothing to do with S&M. Or so he tells us. VOTE 4 STARS for Dunge
3. Merseyside Fox - What a gent Mersey is. Despite the fact I hardly agree with him on anything you genuinely won't find a nicer bloke than Mersey on here. He needs this award to be honest because Mersey isn't coping with the climax of Leicester season. He can be frequently heard muttering 'calm down' over and over again from his dark cupboard. VOTE 3 STARS for Mersey
2: Joby Fox - Joby is a Titan of the Leicester boards. When Joby says something - You listen! Well at least I do. A very intelligent and articulate poster (no really), he also acts as chief peacemaker when I go and upset someone yet again. VOTE 2 STARS for Joby
1. Nevsayagoal2city - Nev has been around for longer than Dunge and spends most of his days with his camel in a sandpit in the Middle East. I'm going to be honest it was a toss up between True Blue and Nev, but Nev edges it because of his dislike of Kasper, his love of Richie De Laet and his fondness for Bovril. VOTE 1 STAR for Nev

The following almost made my nomination list and have also been great this year
- Ooh Tommy Wright. A definite future POTY if he can learn to not boot his cat when Leicester lose. It's fortunate for pickles that we're having such a good season. Ok, I made all that up I admit
- Foxello. A cracking poster who also loves a bit of socialism.
- True Blue. Could have easily been on the list. He gets on my titts but he brings a lot to the board.
- Downsouf. Our local historian and curator of all things Leicester.
Love him
- John Gee. I'm a big fan of JG and he should be on the list but to be fair he took some time away while Arro went mentalz. John brings a huge amount to the board and definitely doesn't like Nigel Pearson.
- Schlupp. Schlupps wummery has improved no end this year and he's unfortunate not to be on the list
- Cdub - great contributor and future POTY
- Your Honour - Some cracking bantz from YH
- Thorney Fox. He's a miserable sod but that's why I like him
- Hairy Fox - great username, some great posts
- Miami. What a top bloke, haven't seen him on here as much lately
- City Fox. Shares great articles on Leicester, always appreciate his input
- Top of the Fox. A regular contributor this year, brings a lot of balance to the debate
- This is madness. He's funny. Very funny.
- For Fox Sake. For his username alone
- A foxes voice. One of my faves and has been here since the beginning
- Nuneaton Fox. Always a wink and a smile, cracking poster and really could be on anyone's list

Well it looks like I may have to concede defeat to arro. I congratulate the victor.
The thing is arro is a bit like The Sun newspaper whereas Dungeon Master would be more like the Guardian.
The latter is a much better read, far more informative, pragmatic and less shallow. The former has mass appeal and a bigger distribution. You know you should read the latter more, but you sometimes can't help glancing at the headlines in the former and smirking at the provocative articles.

Provocative articles? So you're saying that me backing Leicester and not taking shiitt off anyone who slags us off or calls me deluded, means I'm provocative? I'd argue that I'm provoked and defend my club and myself and with full justification. I don't sit on the fence like my mate Dunge.
I have more faith in our team than anyone, I can see something that clearly many, including you, can't see or at least couldn't see but surely you do now we're on the verge of winning the league? Maybe you're happy to accept wums slagging us, accept that they're right and cower into a corner but not me. I've got balls and I know what I'm talking about so I defend myself and our club and won't take any shiitt off anyone.

The fact that you could see something in the team that almost everyone else couldn't is not in dispute. You should be riding high on vindication, but my opinion is you've lost much of the moral high ground that you might have had.
That's just one opinion though and, as you're more than 3 times more popular than me, not one that is necessarily shared by others.

I stopped caring as the months went on to be honest. The constant derision for having faith in our team just piiissed me off and I wasn't going to take it off anyone.
I think it's easy for others to speak when they weren't the butt of all jokes across these boards, which I was. I had articles created mocking me and my opinions and ultimately mocking my team and I'm not the kind of person to let that go. I'll stick up for myself whether it be in person or on here, I won't have anyone mugging me off.

I wouldn't call it a crusade, it was simply me thinking we could challenge Spurs this season and then calling me deluded and creating articles about me taking the piiiss and laughing at my opinions and telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. If someone wants to take the piiiss there's not a lot I can do about it other than defend myself and that's what ive done.
The Spurs fans have all gone quiet now though, just like the WBA fans did, so all good 😃

After all the interest in today's match I almost forgot to quote.
I went in the end for Dunge, mainly because I see him as our Gandalf, keeping the "Leicester Fellowship of the Title" fans in order by balanced ,sensible yet witty posts.
Remember Dunge to tell all the Spurs fans " Thou shall not pass" !
