Marcus Rashford.

Been very impressed with Rashford who seems to have grabbed his opportunity with both hands since his breakthrough. I was of the opinion that we needed a centre forward in the ilk of Lukaku, Icardi or Zlatan in the summer, but with his emergence, I'm debating whether it's such a priority now.

I don't think he will go the way of Macheda, I would wager he could have a similar impact to Kane at Spurs, as Rashford really seems to have a great all round game and attitude to match. He is such an intelligent footballer who plays with such maturity. I would worry if we went out and brought a real top class striker that it could stunt Rashford's development.

I do think we need a centre forward to ease the burden on him to always score, and someone like Ibra could come in handy. In some of the easier games where teams park the bus, both could play upfront together. I'd either go down that route of signing Zlatan to compliment for a season, or going for a lesser name who would be back up to Rashford but could come in and do a job (I have no idea who that could be). With a more youthful and pacier side my preference, I'd probably opt for the latter, but Zlatan would bring a lot of quality and swagger to compliment some of our young stars.

I personally think we should stick with Martial on the left where he can utilise his dribbling skills and pace, he doesn't seem as clinical as Rashford, and rather than spending a fortune on a striker who would be ahead of him in the pecking order, we should make it a priority to sign a real quality right wing forward. Mahrez would be perfect but I cannot see that ever materialising.

We should also be on the lookout for a midfielder who can create from deep so we can do away with the #10 role and the more restrictive 4-2-3-1, and play a 4-3-3 which I think suits our players a lot more. 3 interchanging forwards and a solid and creative midfield would make me very happy!

What's your take on Rashford?

Is he ready to lead the line on a consistent basis?

I think he links the play well too. A few nice backs heels and lay offs here and there have shown an intelligence about his game.

Don't hold the kid back. We have been screaming for excitement, pace and finishing and he is providing that.

I don't think Memphis will have 2 stinker years in a row. He was over-hyped and crumbled under the pressure. Giving the #7 to a player without a big track record was beyond foolish. Next season I expect him to have a better year, maybe a great one. If Adnan gets his act straight (given the #11 too early as well), we'll have players to put up points, meaning we don't have to shelve out huge piles of cash on a name-brand striker.I like the idea of a big, strong lad as a back-up forward for Marcus.

Andy Carroll, sign him up!

All joking aside, I think any hopes for Adnan are false ones. He was a reasonably talented player who thought he was world class, didn't try and now he is done. And us letting him go won't be a risk. He won't suddenly flourish, the guy doesn't have what it takes to be a top level footballer. We're better off without

I think he's going to be a very good player, not just the goals though, he genuinely scares defenders with the ball at his feet as well.

i just read (not that I believe) josee is lining up £72 mil bid for higuain.

Back to op st is now lower down in priority except we sell rooney which I think we should.

1st priority is rw (mahrez), then cb, if both carrick and fellani leave then a creatve cm (hopefully gundogan) and finally a striker
