Stumbled across this stat from the echo.
Roberto firmino has averaged an assist or goal every 107 minutes this season.
That's better than:
Mesut ozil 113
Kevin de bruyne 116
Ryad mahrez 118
Dmitri payet 131
Not bad for his first season in the league.
Firmino this season

Thudd you have been using faulty bait here.

You mean he was wumming? Feck me, the standards on are slipping by the day. These Spurs boys must be all dizzy from Spurs being so high in the league, especially after waiting 60 odd years for it.....

I think that Firmino's efforts have been overshadowed by Divock. Each is an exceptional player, it seems that Origi has adapted more rapidly than Firmino has, he's struck some wonderful goals, and Firmino, despite the stats, appeared to be playing catch-up.
Danny Ings I really do like. I didn't know that was his second ACL though, not good news.
Anyone got any news on Danny or Joe G? I've read somewhere that Ings is now training outside, but the news on Joe is non-existent.

The drifting in and out of games was something Coutinho also used to do in his first season.

He still does to be fair.

We are actually still a bit weak on the players drifting front.
I always get the impression when we are playing well that it's only a few minutes away from coming apart. We are still missing the presence of a Mascherano type player IMO.
