Although the optimist in me has not thrown the towel in yet , it will now take a monumental flop for you to not win the title.
We are two sides this season that have thrown the accepted order out of their comfortable orbit. Yours is a true Roy of the Rovers story - too far-fetched some would say.
We have both shown outstanding form this year. We have tried our level best to catch you after the pivotal 1-0 win at ours put you 7pts clear, but you have matched us step for step, and the gap stand at 7pts again. We have put a run of 6 wins together and still not managed to get it down to less than 2pts, such has been your consistency.
We have contrasting styles, of that there is no doubt, but the aim of the game is to accrue the most points. You get nothing for artistic style. Even the fact we have scored more and conced less is of no importance other than goal difference. What matters is those 7pts on the board, and your clinical way in games.
Plenty of 1-0 wins, keeping the shop closed after going 1 up. If it was that easy we'd have won last night. Or at the KP for that matter. In fact, if we had your doggedness for the two fixtures between us we would no have not conceded two late goals, and there would be a 6pt swing to us.
So I hope you lose v United of course, and keep us afloat for a night at least, but a little bit of me would be happy to just see it over with now (it is likely to happen the next week anyway, and it would ruin Chelsea's cup final next Monday ). It'd be fitting for you to win it at Old Trafford, a sign of both your achievement and the further crumbling of one of the old guard.
I'm getting this in now as it's likely to get lost when the almost inevitable happens....likely to be Monday I reckon. Two draws for us. If you lose and we win I may be back though
Anyhow, it's been great. Much more enjoyable for me as a chaser, but ultimately more rewarding for you. Much more preferable to Arsenal or Chelsea

Most , gentlemany and courteous.
The pendullum has swung well back in our favour.
We must have surprised you with our result on Sunday.
You looked a little under pressure when WBA turned in a better second half performance.
But worse , you now have to play one of your main rivals , who after a somewhat dodgy season for them , they will want to put the final nail in your coffin.
i hope you succeed next season, but think it will be far harder for both of us

I do genuinely feel for you. If you'd won it (still could!) and we finished second, then after the initial disappointment we'd all be reflecting on what an amazing season we'd had and look forward to CL football which will be absolutely incredible.
But I can understand how losing out to us seems like much more of a kick in the teeth to Spurs.
Whatever happens, it's been a fantastic season and let's hope for something similar next season. You never know, we could all be getting together for a few beers before the Champions League final!!

I am not counting any chickens though until they have all hatched and had chickens of their own. I just hope the bloody things hatch this weekend.

I'm not even that cut up about it to be honest. We were playing catch up virtually all season, and it would have taken absolutely phenomenal form to catch you after your win at ours.
It would have to be P14 W13 D1 L0 to be level now!
I can't fault our form since that game to be honest, it's just you were equally as good .
It would have been nice to shut Deuce Bigelow up, but he appears to have done it himself. If Admin have any decency they will let him off his ban.....ooooh, 2wks after you win it
