Why Pacquiao is Greater than Mayweather

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3FkkIQeTTU

Max Kellerman schools some Floyd fanboys with his boxing knowledge explaining to them why Pacquiao is the greater fighter.

He states that Pacquiao started at light-fly, won titles from fly to welter and even light middle. Floyd was the much bigger fighter. Added to the fact Floyd ducked a prime Pacquiao and still needed the ref to ignore his blatant holding to get a dubious decision against Pacquiao, it is clear Pacquiao is the greatest.

He mentions how Floyd Fanboys don't know much about boxing

The follow up is simple, you know nothing about tennis and to compare him to a tennis player is rubbish.

Its a different sport with a different level of win loss ratio.

I'd tell you to stick to boxing and not talk about tennis...but as we can see that's not really for you either.

Different because in Tennis you can't duck your opponent and stack the game in your favor.

I think you will find the win loss ratio is quite similar for the top boxers and top tennis players.

So......

Has Mayweather only had 66 fights in boxing?

A simple yes or no will do

no, he has had 48

so whats your point?

and Mayweathers win loss ratio is far, far better than any pro tennis player, however like i said, differernt sport which you know nothing about, so id stop talking about it if i were you...

So that is a full 18 less that Pacquiao even though they have fought over the same time period.

I make out he ducked 18 fights as well.

Maybe if Floyd would have fought them, he racks up those losses. We all know Castillo and Maidana beat him and had to take a banned illegal IV against Pacquiao

Over their 20 year careers that works out at less than one fight a year more than him.

But yeah, he was just so much more active than him...

Or fought 25% less than Pacquiao each year.

How many mandatories did Floyd choose not to fight?

The point being, losses do not make someone not great or the greatest.

It is the fights you have the challenges you overcome that make you great.

Glad that Kellerman kept it real re Floyd.

P4P Pac did more than Floyd; Fighter of the Decade, 3-time Ring Magazine FOTY, more impressive against their shared opponents (Cotto, Hatton, Oscar etc), more weight divisions conquered.

Floyd lost a few fights as well. He definitely lost vs Castillo & Oscar, and I thought he lost vs Maidana as well.

Yup a very good watch and honest appraisal from Kellerman.

Pacquiao took on all challengers and his achievements in boxing were incredible. Anyone who denies that obviously doesn't really understand what he actually did in his career and they need to go off and research it better.

At least you two actually viewed the clips.

Hard to argue against Kellerman's stance. Maybe that is why so many chose not to.
