Sometimes you just start something and you sort of "go on a run" not knowing how long it will last..........

..We've been through it all together,
..and we've had our ups n downs.
Quite a lot of games since then and I don't think I missed doing any Matchday Threads
So a Big Thank You to All who've put up with it for so long
On to the Final game of the season and a trip to Lancashirewhites territory
Right, not much separating Leeds and Preston in the table and both sides will want to go out on a high so this could be a good game
Venue..Deepdale...Date 7th May...Kick Off 12:30hrs
Team News
Leeds United
Carayol and Bellusci are both doubtful, Diagouraga is back in contention . It's reported Evans might start some of the youngsters, including BP Farrell, and Antenucci may make a last appearance before moving back to Italy.
Preston North End
Preston are likely to hand full-back Marnick Vermijl a start after his return as a substitute against Reading.
Chris Kirkland is set to continue in goal but midfielder John Welsh's calf injury is likely to keep him out again.

MATCH FACTS
◾Preston faced Leeds on the last day of the 2005/06 season, winning 2-0 thanks to goals from Brian Stock and Brett Ormerod.
◾Leeds have won three of their last four league games against the Lilywhites, losing the other 6-4 in September 2010.
◾No side has used fewer players in the Championship this season than Leeds (25).
◾No Championship side has had fewer goalscorers than Preston this season (13).
◾Nine of Leeds' last 10 games have featured goals from both sides.
◾Preston are without a win in their last five at Deepdale, losing two and drawing three.
With something in the region of 5,500 of the Travelling Faithful heading over the Pennines the atmosphere should be pretty good and hopefully enough to sing the Team on to a win against a pretty useful Preston side..............Score 1-2 for me (no bloody idea who'll get ours) and I wonder if Grayson remembers Beckford saying he'll never score against Leeds
Over to You............ Predictions, Scorers etc Welcome..........................

Wooton, Bellusci and Bamba can share a bus seat on their way out for me.
Between them it feels like they have cost us a shedload of points this season

Spot on 40. All three are useless. Wootton's being the most useless.

Bellusci and Bamba are both decent footballers ( in very different ways) but both have a disastrous error lurking within them, every match .
Wooton just isn't good enough at this level, sadly

Can we hold on for a top-half finish
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Course we can't - we're feckin' useless. Keeping that lead and finishing in the top half was the biggest single incentive we could have had. Looking at Live Text, lost count of number of times it read: Attempt missed: Wood to left of goal, Wood to right of goal, Wood over the bar. The guy's not up to it.

Whelan not holding back on Bellusci.

Unfortunately, he's sh4gging Cellino.
So we're probably stuck with the tw4t.
