Ok you're a bit flaky, a tad bonkers, a smidgen criminal, totally barmy and off the wall and 'you' buy a football club in another country. Not just any old club but a recognised sleeping giant. One you know has a great history, not that you've supported that club before, one that you believe is a sound investment even without due diligence on your part, but you still buy it...!
Why do 'you' do it...?
You do it because you're ego says you can succeed..!
You do it because you want the adulation when it all goes well...!
But most of all you do it so you get a return on your investment over time...!
Look at Burnley, look at Middlesbrough, they reckon their promotions will swell their coffers by £170m...! Yup £170m and that's just an estimate, if they do well who knows what dividends can come
Just ask Mr Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha at Leicester, he'll tell you. Look at him, he'll have songs written about him and fans patting him on the back for life
And what did they all do to get it, they invested in decent football men as managers, they invested in proven footballers as players and they invested in their fans by producing results.
Note to Mr Presidente
You can have all the above
Put some money in, buy some quality footballers (short term pain for long term gain).
Back Steve Evans and allow him to do his job.
Do what you said you would do when you arrived.
Simples
Awaken the sleeping giant.
What to do...?

Its not rocket science but at the same time its not us who is putting them millions in.
For every successful investor like Middlesborough there is one that didnt go to well. Forest invested heavily for a couple of seasons, landed themselves a transfer embargo and still finished mid-table.
I would accept at this stage a well run club where we dont lose money hand over fist in court cases and where all income is re-invested back into the playing squad. Sadly we are a mile away from the very basics of being a well run club.
Burnley have done nothing more than re-invest the player sales, keep faith in a manager who can produce a good team, not great individuals but a good team.

This still holds though

That's the bit that's not rocket science. I accept that some have invested and failed, but if you get the blend right then you'll be rewarded.
£25m investment on decent players and the rewards could be limitless as long as you continue to build.
You pay peanuts you get monkeys.
Build around our young players. There's quality out there we just need to find it and going on recent history I'd say Evans would find the gems quicker than Massimo Cellino.
That said I still think he'll sack him.
