Imagine if...

City lose to Swansea away on Sunday and we beat Bournemouth

Would be such a bittersweet feeling considering how we have sucked donkey d!©k for the majority of the season.

There is a small glimmer of hope, but as tonight has shown, the players don't have the mettle when it really counts.

We are so lucky to have Martial and Ddg. Smalling is good, but I'm yet to be convinced he is anything more than a decent centre back in an era where there are so very few top quality players in that position that could hold a candle to the likes of Ayala, Nesta, Cannavaro, Rio etc.

City will wipe the floor with Swansea I feel.

Hell they only need a draw now.

This is all inspite of agent Pellegrini trying his best to sabotage their season.

A big If, hahaha. Let it go man. We won't get 4th now.

Generly you are OK, but you are talking a load of crap tonight.

If we finish 4th we will have more points than the team finishing 5 th so we will deserve it.

City will not lose their last game though so it is irrelevant.

Pelligrini didn't sabotage Cities season. Their own board did.

City could lose at Swansea but watching that tonight will have given them such a boost.

They should do enough to draw there but it would be typical United to see Swansea win and not do the business ourselves. We could actually now finish anywhere between fourth and eighth which is unfortunately where we are at right now.

I'd sooner back City to beat Swansea than United to beat Bournemouth unfortunately. This team has a track record of bottling it when it matters.

Still...I'm not sure why people talk as though City are miles better than us when the league table shows there is very little difference.

In fact, if we had won last night we would be 4 points off second place - yet apparently Spurs have had a great season! Apparently 4 or 7 points is the difference between being "great" and being a "joke"...

Yeah, because points are the only differences between two teams
