Horn is a goalkeeper.

Yeah we need a left back. A more defensive one and to keep Moreno. It looks like Skrtel will be gone but I don't know much about Matip, depending on how good he is we may need another centre back, especially if Toure also goes. Central midfield needs strengthening, we can't go into the season relying on Henderson, if he gets fit, over his injuries and back to his best the great but we can't risk it. We need a winger badly, we badly needed one last night, you could see it after the first half and Ojo changed the game when he came on late, perhaps if we had a more established winger Klopp may have changed it earlier. A goalkeeper is also a must. I keep changing my mind on Mignolet as he'll play very well and then suddenly make a massive mistake but a new goalkeeper would at least be able to come in if Mignolet isn't cutting it without being even worse like Bogdan and Jones before him.

Gotta keep Kolo for another season. Hardly put a foot wrong in his 3 years. He's good for the team morale and will be happy to sit on the bench.

Gotze been told to find himself a new club, we are in contact supposedly. No idea if those sources are at all reliable, doubt it though.

Sign a top keeper and keep Mig.
Sign a top LB that can keep Moreno out of the team and keep Moreno too.
Skrtel out, Matip in.
If it's looking like we can't get our top targets at CB then offer Toure a new deal. Rather keep him for another year than taking a doubtful punt. That's an option so we don't absolutely have to bring in another CB besides Matip.
I think it's vital we add more quality, not just numbers in Midfield (both CM and AM too) if we want to kick on. Allen, Can, Milner and Hendo... we need more quality there IMO.
Coutinho and Moreno are forming a nice understanding down our left side. I'd sign an AM to play through the middle and to trouble Lallana for his place in the team and also someone predominantly to play on the right side.
Don't think we need a new striker, even if Benteke leaves (I'd rather he stayed, see how he does in his 2nd season) but if someone Klopp really likes is available then by all means
