I remember the RS saying the same about Rodgers, that he needs players for his system/philosophy.

I do think he's a smarter cookie than Rodgers though, and he plays on their emotional/hysterical support as well (cos he is too).

Too early to judge for me, and a fine achievement to reach a European final that the football world is just happy they lost.

He just looks to have them running around like dogs!

It may work as a shock tactic, but just shut up shop and keep the ball to deflate the opposition. Then run like dogs again!

There's probably some truth in that, but I was at both the Anfield and Old Trafford legs of our Europa game and they had us in their pocket. Rodgers had Suarez ( but fine player), and he's just had the dross Rodgers left behind to work with so far.
