The most fitting way to highlight how this philosophy is not working is to miss out on top 4 on GD.
We play boring football, we play football that is more concerned about the opposition rather than to play to our own strengths. This results in less goals but less goals conceded, again boring football.
It's not the squad or team, as we've tried signing big name players who HAVE delivered elsewhere.
We have failed because of the philosophy. The philosophy has come to fruition, this IS the philosophy in action. It does not work, and is not fitting for MUFC.
