thing is, I doubt birminghams team was ever as bad villas is now, they have no sellable asset at all.
would not suprise me to see them relgated back to back.

Although I disagree about saleable assets,villa's ground would make an absolutely lovely Aldi or Lidl for my mind,probably raise the area's house prices as well!
