My understanding and it's not my area of expertise is that exact details of contracts are often not in the public domain.

It does when it is a formally adopted ITT process, then confidentiality quite rightly kicks in.

However this is not quite as simple as that. The key areas are how did the LLDC arrive at their decision? Redacted

How did the quantify the ROI in regards to taxpayers money? Redacted

Why were West Ham allowed almost a peppercorn rent? Redacted

Why did they not look to have a more beneficial result for the taxpayer? Redacted

Who made the decision West Ham would only pay £15m towards the nearly £200m restructuring of the OS? Redacted

Why are West Ham not being made to pay the £15m upfront? Redacted

Why did they not seek approval re public money being given to a commercial company, as they should have done under EU Article 105? Redacted

Why have they now tried to say West Ham are not tenants, only utilising the OS on 25 guaranteed days per annum?

So many unanswered questions, and there is no doubt someone is covering up something somewhere? In my belief it is either LLDC or the SPV set up to run the OS.

So where exactly do I refer to Hearn in that post muffinboy?

It's not about Hearn, it's about your constant obsession with OS and saying we somehow cheated the tax paying people.

When people like Hearn (the man who was constantly opposing us getting the OS) come to sense and saying without West Ham, OS would have been a white elephant then that doesn't make a single bit of humiliation for your past accusations on West Ham.

Firstly you brought Hearn into it, not me!

Secondly, I have never said anywhere that West Ham have cheated the taxpayer. Show me where I have done so muffinboy!

Of course you will not be able to show me, as I haven't said it.

In fact I have said all along that West Ham have done nothing wrong in regard to the OS, all the blame lies with LLDC & the SPV

I have said that I think it is abuse of tax payers money by the LLDC in virtually giving West Ham free use of the OS.

Although I hate to use European Law, I believe LLDC are in breach of Article 105 which covers commercial organisations receiving State funding.

Again nothing about West Ham doing anything wrong in relation to this.

Why did you write above questionnaire if you think West Ham have done nothing wrong?
