Top 10 Burnley goals 10-11 Your say!

I'm doing a video on Burnleys goals to follow on from the last one I did from the 08-09 season. Personally, I don't think there's enough 'good' goals in there and certainly some that would not challenge the top 10 of 08-09, which in all fairness could have been a top 15 easily. So I will leave you too it, to see what goals are worthy of the top 10. Only other problem is, this season was not as high profile as the last 2, so not all of you would have seen every goal or remembered them. My selection:

1. Cork v Preston (A)
2. Iwelumo v Preston (H)
3. Rodriguez v Palace (H)
4. Eagles v Barnsley (H) (the one that wasn't the penalty)
5. Rodriguez (1) v Coventry (H)
6. McCann v Derby (A)
7. Eagles v Sheff Utd (H)
8. Paterson (1) v Norwich (A)
9. Marney v Pompey (A)
10. Eagles v Pompey (H)

Others include Jay Rods last minute winner v Preston (H)

Delfonsou scoring with his first touch in a clarets shirt v Hull (A) after a very well worked corner (You know, the one accross the floor, dummy and shot, Delfonsou was just there at the back to tap it in)

Eagles v Hull (non penalty) was a well worked move

Jay Rod v Leeds

Eagles v Watford (A) after a 1 2 with Lumo

Mears freekick v Derby followed by Corks header in the last minute

Route 1 v Watford (H) Grants kick, Jays header like cross and headed in by Lumo and in the reverse fixture, Loaches goalkeeping masterclass in own goal of the deckade!

That's all the ones I can deem worthy, if i'm missing anything out then please comment and say. Also pick your top 10!

Ahh, I wish I'd seen half of these!!

For what the goal means alone, rather than technique or skill, Jay Rod's winner against Preston does it for me. I didn't even see that live - had given up watching the match ages before, and only found out about it when I got a phonecall asking if I was watching! Thankfully Sky Plus let me rewind and watch the good bits.

I'm going to YouTube the rest of the goals later and give you my top ten.

Good luck finding them on youtube CGG, that's what I tried before I brought the DVD but tbh, what alot of Burnley fans classify as the best goal (Jack Corks v Preston) is the number 9 or 10 on the last one I did. We scored some good goals, just not as good as the last 2 seasons

The Preston game at the Turf. I know alot of people who turned it off after Parkins 3rd and alot of people who turned it on with 10-15 minutes to go and were laughing at us..... 15 minutes later JAY RODRIGUEZZZZ!!!! I was at the game and Rick phoned me straight after, it was that good of a finish! We couldn't keep up

Also a huge rumour going around about Jack Cork. Currently on holiday in Denmark (what i've heard) thought to be going to Southampton for double the wage he was on here. Had a previous loan spell there before.

Marney vs Pompey - 145,000 times better then Rooneys.

You're right, a lot of them aren't on YouTube.

Cork's header against Preston (away) was pretty impressive, also thought the first goal by Jay Rod was a good move.

God, I've just watched LOADS of Burnley compilations! I think I have the entire season now jammed into my brain. And the haunting image of Chris Eagles' terrible dancing burning into my retinas. Ouch.

Eagles dancing were just afew embarrising moments in our season. This is the preview, only short but I do have the goals on my laptop

Ohhh, I can't wait to see the full thing! Looks good.

Eagles' dancing on your preview isn't half as bad as the one I saw. It was bad!

Loved the video, Eagles needs a choreographer if he wants to celebrate with dances, oh the shame of seeing them moves .

Grezzas celebration had me in stitches the way he just leaped like a salmon to the floor.

If its not Marney for goal of the season there is no justice, Rooney won it for a worse over head kick in the Premier League.

Also saw Brendan Flood - I met him and Paul Fletcher a few weeks ago. They are both lovely chaps.
