. . . who would you like to see in the Premier League?
Vote 5 for SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY
Vote 1 for HULL CITY
I'm off to Wembley tomorrow and getting a bit nervous now. It's been a great season for the Owls - we've played the best football I've seen since the 90's and the manager, players and supporters have got a great rapport. It's almost like a love affair.
I can't wait - it's been a looooong journey to get to this point, but win or lose I'll be cheering the boys on
Who amongst you will be with me in spirit tomorrow?
Sheffield Wednesday or Hull City . . .

Bad luck, Kitty and all Wednesday fans. I'm not a fan of the play-offs, they exist only to keep interest and motivation up, but I believe the best teams are decided over the regular season, i.e. 46 games, and as such, the right team deserved to win and get promoted. Better luck next season.

Having said that, Brighton should have got promoted!

Yes, agree that the winner on the day deserved to be promoted. There were some strong teams battling it out for the top two spots and Brighton were unlucky not to be one of them, but hey ho, that's what the play-offs are about.
We were surprised to be in the play-off places, let along the final, but once you get there, you want to win. Thanks for your good wishes

Bit late to the party but would love to see you guys go up next season. My best mate is an owl and OT would be great to have yous in the PL for banter purposes, if nothing else. You've waited a long long time.
That play off final result means that we'll be watching Rotherham on the stag do, instead of United or Spurs. At least we should all get tickets together!

You'll be lucky to get any banter merrysupersteve . . . . . . there only seems to be me these days. Who knows, though. There might be some jump on the bandwagon.
Our 150th anniversary of founding on 4th September 2017, so that's what we're aiming at - back in the PL by then. Not going to be easy though, will be tough next season with the likes of Newcastle, Villa and Norwich coming down. Got to be positive though, looks like our owner is forthcoming with the dosh for new players. I'll probably be hosting a thread next season for the Championship teams - as I have for the last 2 seasons. Be nice if you wanted to say hello now and then. In the meantime, in lieu of banter, have a and instead.
