Lazy journalism, no quotes, and tbh, i actually think after having such a big change to the squad, 7 points from 5 games is actually ok

This reeks of lazy journalism.
They've got nothing to write about now as the transfer window is closed and the loan window isn't open yet.
And O'Neill turned us down before Sven took charge so why would he change his mind now??? So i'd just pay no attention to this at all.

This article should read "Thai owners back Eriksson in massive bids in the transfer window but secret want to sack him"!
Absolute tosh!
The reality is, the Thai owners had probably told Sven that promotion is the target and they won't tolerate failure if they back him. Not really a surprise is it?!!

Just print it off and stick it in the bottom of your cat litter tray - If you don't have a cat just bin it - There job done

The title of this article is a misnomer. The People is in the bag as the News of the World, and should go the same way. You know what you're going to get, so why buy it?

Absolutely LAUGHABLE. If sven doesn't deliver this season then they won't renew his contract at the end of the season, simple. No sackings needed, he's got a season to do it and i can see us doing it. BRING ON BAAARNSLEY

Second choice Dave Jones...
...well that would be logical, after all he did the trick at Cardiff.

Yes it is laughable but do the impications behind the story really surprise you? No, not me, not with this crazy, crazy manager-slinging stance that has grabbed the sport over the last few years. You never know what is going on behind the scenes and, as per usual, we will be the last to know. On the other hand the transfer activity hype of last week has died down, the Euro Qualifiers are done-and-dusted for now and there was no Premiership programme to report on. Nothing to fill the blank pages I'm afraid so what better opportunity than to get on Sven's case and fill him, and us, with empty concern.
I found it quite incredible that some in the media were questioning the new Chelsea manager's 'steel' after they scraped the opening day victory against West Brom. Was he up to the pressure of it all they wondered! Because of all their big spending they were 'expected' to win comfortably. Right! Someone tell these 'people' that this remains, thank god, a competitive sport and for the unpredictable to happen. Just because you have spent £x more than the other team doesn't entitle you to strangle the opposition out of existence.
I've said this before-there are no 'instant fixes' in this game and the sooner they (the owners, press or whoever) come to terms with this the better it will be for all concerned.
