Seriously how does this effect football, if we vote to leave does this mean all players from outside of the UK will need a work permit?

it'll be fine, they'll change the rules for work permits or the PL would decline

Understand the PL would be largely unaffected (by a Brexit) and as per the previous financial crash, should there be a recession, impact on the PL would be negligible.
