Euro 2016 - Switzerland v Romania

We are now on to matchday 2 and hopefully the caginess will start to go as teams will need to start picking up points if they want to qualify.

First up today we have Slovakia v Russia. Slovakia need something so hopefully will be quite attacking and positive. Russia were rank against England and today will give us a guide as to whether that was England that made them look that way or whether (as I suspect) they are just not that good.

I think the betting is tougher today. In this game I have backed BTTS to score. Pays at 11/10 so have invested a whole fiver which will determine my bets for the rest of today.

Skirtel is best price 7/4 to be booked at any time according to oddschecker but I can only see 6/5.

Slovakia win 2-1

The second match up looks like it will be tough to call. The Swiss have three points already but didn't look convincing against Albania. The Romanians looked ok against France but do they have the cutting edge needed? A draw probably suits the Swiss so I fear this will be tight with little in the way of goals. An early goal for Romania would probably be the best for action.

No 0-0 yet in the tournament and this might be the first one as Romania will want to avoid defeat having Albania in their last game.
