Finally some sense.

Where should we go? US is probably out because of the risk of Trump. I vote for Australia.

We've already seen the markets suffer and sterling fall, this is before anything has really happened either.

A real mess we've got on our hands now.

While those who lost are predicting dire consequences, end of the world, etc., it is worthy of note that our country, in November 1918 and in 1945, was in a far more parilous state than it is now, she was on her knees, and our forefather got us over it.

Vitriol has no place in discussion now. Time for us to get on together and make a better UK an even greater place to be.

I'd suggest the start of those wars were the far more perilous position.

Also in those dates the worst was behind us, unfortunately once again the starting date is far more representative given the pain and problems this is going to cause in the coming years.

Ironically we ended up fighting WW2 becuase of one nations singularity and fear of outsiders. After the war Churchill backed a united Europe to ensure another conflict would never break out.

I think David Cameron has to take responsibity for this vote, his government wouldn't listen to the electorate on immigration and I can't help but think this vote has come from frustration as much as expectation.
