My personal view, in spite of some of my rants over the past few days is that the EU will survive in the long term, but perhaps only by shrinking to it's initial premise and the original signees to it.

Britain will also survive, but neither party will thrive long-term. Finance and power is, once again, shifting Eastwards.

To be honest from what I've seen most people who wanted out don't seem to have thought this through. Either that or their reasons for wanting out are spectacular, if I can use that word.
