Why are people judging him on his performances for France? For Juve he has been incredible for years. I'm one of those who think he is overhyped, in the sense people think he's already the best CM around but he's still a kid and one day he probably will be. In the current market he's worth £75M plus easily as a long term investment. The same way Bale is.

Agree with this. If we judged every player on the last 3 games then nobody would be worth much!

Personally I think he's excellent. Probably doesn't consistently influence the game as much as he could/should but he is only 23! I wouldn't even say someone like Zidane was doing that at 23.

Final point, Juve aren't short of cash. They're a very big club. If you want to buy a big clubs best player (or one of them at least) then you pay over the odds. Anyone that wants Pogba will have to make Juve an offer they can't refuse! I think he'll go for £75m+

I judge him on his performances for Juventus in the CL, where he's not looked anything like an £80m+ player. Ever.

I don't watch Serie A, but I decided to compare how he fared to Hamsik and Pjanic last season. All 3 performed fairly similarly statistically. Pjanic is 26 and has just joined Juve for £25m, so either Roma were robbed blind or Pogba's reported value is excessive.
