On 606, he has gone right back up in my estimations.
Yes he was a pratt in the manner he left leicester, but as pundit, when his opinion is challenged he backs it up and when people have opinions, he probes them to back up their opinions.
Take the idiot Scottish bloke on 606 just now, (On Iplayer, around 15 minutes towards the end of the show) makes a bold statement about how savage wouldn't be able to play in the SPL.
Robbie then probed and challenged him and made him look like a fool and the man in the end was so scared and embarrassed he couldn't wait to get on the phone.
Top Bloke.

I do like Savage, I didn't like him as a player after he left us, but he's always seemed like a nice bloke and wears his heart on his sleeve.
Also, some of the stick he gets for some incidents at Leicester (from Spurs and Derby fans in particular) are totally unjustified.

I think sometimes he can be too aggressive, but 606 needs to revamp itself into a more discussion based show with more than two people in a studio because it's just got too tedious.
Because let's face it, the quality of callers and their so called "opinions" has got far too stupid beyond my spectrum of understanding.

Dislike Savage. I respect his service to our club but I didn't like his behaviour towards us when he left and I've never liked or rated his punditry.
Outside of football, he seems a nice guy so no disrespect intended, but I like a pundit to tell me something I don't already know rather than come across as a guy who knows naff all about football.
