Non-English people commenting on England...

I think it's time we pass a law saying that no broadcaster on TV or radio in the UK can allow anyone from Ireland,Northern Ireland,Wales or Scotland to make any comments whatsoever about ANY England performance once we have dropped out of a tournament!
We KNOW you're not sorry,no matter how many times you tell us you are!
We KNOW that every time we look away you are trying your hardest not to burst out laughing!
We KNOW that when we leave the room you will all have a good guffaw at our expense!
We KNOW that when you say " Better luck next time" you mean you hope we get dumped out by minnows again next time!
Let's get a petition of over 100,000 going,so that this has to be debated in Parliament,it's the only way to stop all this nonsense disingenuous behaviour once and for all!
