Whilst even one of these incidents is one too many, the facts are there is more gun crime in poor, black communities.

I'd imagine being on the beat every day, witnessing this, leads you to a certain prejudice going on your own personal experiences. The real problem is the gun culture, plain and simple. No guns, no reasons, no excuses to shoot people dead in cold blood.

The majority of police killings aren't murderous, it's minority. However one is too many, I agree.

exactly, the guy was on longer a threat yet the police still felt the need to kill him

Has it been determined whether he had a gun? I've seen a new video that shows a different angle(how are so many people filming this stuff?!) and after it all the police office pulls out what looks like a gun out the guys pocket
