Best for him to move on, he'd become a bit of a liability in recent seasons but he was always a battler and scored some worldies for us in his time.

All the best Skrtel. I hope we don't sell Lucas coz we need senior players. Is Henderson our longest serving player now after Lucas?

Godo move fro him, on his day he was great, and scored some great goals for us, especially in 13/14.

He was always the type of player who had to have the right partner beside him.

Yeah definitely time for this to happen.

Prone to silly mistakes but always gave everything he had.

Scored the equalising goal which lead to us winning our last trophy and Player of the season 2012 are among memories he will be remembered

In fairness, I'd be loyal if I was crap and a club the size of Liverpool kept giving me pay rises and extending my contract.
