With Stoke reportedly offering £20 million have we reached the point where Saido will be on his way? Rumour is we're looking to secure a new striker before we sell him and that the fee is one that we'd accept.
Personally i'd say that £17 million up front plus another 3 or 4 would be good for a guy who's only got one year left on his contract and comes with a fair bit of baggage. It certainly shows that the Spurs fans who we invading our board 12 months ago were talking nonsense about his value falling through the floor.

That's "3 or 4" million in add ons. I seem toremember that Spur's initial fee would only be £5 million.

Need to get shot and get in someone to play just off Rondon. Rondon cant do it by himself. But with a partner, he could be more than decent. Of course that means playing with two up front.. and under TP that is very (very) rarely going to happen.

I can only think the club is playing its cards very closely to its chest because we don't even seem close to signing anyone in any position at the moment.
