May be my computer cannot access ja606 for some reason, but I'm surprised there has been no comments about the injury situation.
I was going to comment about Rovers Player - I had hoped the meeting between fans and management could have been live, but I just watched the text on the Free Press website, and later watched Rovers Player.
Who controls Rovers Player? - with the Portland Timbers, especially with a home game, you get interviews and highlights within an hour after the game.
The injuries are just unbelievable - what is the problem? It seemed the club was going for fitness, and then....
The highlights of the Newcastle game did not show the tackles that were the problem. Any comments from people who were there would be welcome.
I'm still looking forward to the season, but not sure about the first games.

Is anyone still alive?

Not good for him, definitely not good for us. I thought he was exceptional when he played in front of the back four.

That is a massive blow for us.
(And for Luke).
I had him down to be our stand out player this season in his new role.
I hope our board will allow Ferguson to bring in at least another similar player to Luke and (yes) a central defender.
Zigger- my phone often does the same to me but it did make me laugh the way it was written.

Dreadful news about Luke; I had hoped our injury list would shrink not grow.
At least I got one piece of good news today - because of the drop in the value of Sterling after the Brexit vote, my Rovers Player renewal today cost 11 dollars less than last year. Of course, my small UK pension is also worth a lot less!

As you all know I have always thought him to be a quality asset in our squad but who was it who constantly didn't rate him?

Probably me Lanza. Hes a liability at the back and a lot of our goals came from his mistakes.
Move him in front of the back 4 hes a completely different player. The game agsinst Stoke was arguably his best game for us and after that never looked back.

I'm still here
And very much looking to the beginning of L2 this Saturday.

No having a go azza please.
I always thought as he was reasonably good on the ball a good tackler, seems to make time for himself and has an eye for an opening that a holding midfield role/in front of back 4 was his best position but not at FB

Just googled Keshi Anderson and a news report from Swindon says they would like him on loan. Swindon supporters not so sure, they are not keen on waiting until the season starts to get in a player who has had a badly broken leg.
Let's hope DF can get him.

The Daily Mail reported that we were to get Jordan Houghton , a midfielder on loan from Chelsea. He is 20 and has played for England U 20's. He was on loan at Gillingham and Plymouth last season.
Five hours ago the Plymouth Herald posted that he was to join us, maybe official tomorrow.
