Just watched the game back now. Have to say we looked really impressive in a good number of spells attacking wise.

Even though the goals came second half the link up play and rapid build up place between Wijnaldum, Coutinho,

Mane and Sturridge looked exciting. Lovely individual goal by Origi, tidy finish from Firmino and really good cameo display from Ojo.

Better defensively as well but still guilty of losing the ball in dangerous areas on a couple of occasions which nearly cost us, simply have to cut these out.

Hard to tell still where we are in our preparation for Arsenal as we were playing a poor Milan team but if we can repeat a lot of the good things we did last night we will have a good chance of coming away with a result. Barca game may give a better indication.

Only negative that stuck out like a sore thumb was Markovic again, just not good enough I'm afraid, a month left in the window to get rid.

So yeah, I met Gillespie a few years ago, when he was at Glentoran. I was at my cousins wedding and he was there with Glen(?) Hamilton. I was out having a smoke, as were they and I happened to turn around and see Gillespie, I said "alight" and Hamilton got it the way and asked, "do you know who he is?". I say yeah I did. He said no you do not and do you know who I am? I said I don't have a clue wtf yu are but that's Keith Gillespie. He was furious and walked away. I stayed and talked with Keith and he was the nicest guy in the world, very humble and shy and just a really nice guy.

He drinks in the Groomsport Inn and The Stables, his sister lives in the same street as me he crashed with her a while back when he was going through a bad spot, amazing story of just what exactly he lost, I bought it on Kindle.

My only gripe about him is he drives his X5 like a maniac and where I live is one big kids playground!!
