Living in London and my family all being Arsenal fans I get to 10 or 11 matches at the Emirates per season, being my second team I follow them with almost as much interest as I do for my team.
Just wanted to say that with everyone calling for Wenger to spend, especially after last Sunday, I think that his business should be enough to cement a top four place and hopefully help to pick up a domestic cup, I feel some of the criticism on Wenger has been harsh at times, think what he has done for the club, changed them from uefa cup challengers to consistent champions league performers.
This alone shows that the man has quality, and it would be crazy to let him go (the board love him so this would never happen) but if he were to resign, this would be a huge step back for the club!
Just wanted to see what you guys think a realistic aim for the season is?
I would say top 4 and win the carling cup or fa cup, and quarters or possibly semis (hope for a lucky draw) in the CL

Thanks for the kind words , but with all due respect you're a rival fan. You don't have much of an emotional investment in the fortunes of Arsenal fc.
Unless you have that or a relatively substantial personal financial investment with teams fortunes (ie-a season ticket holder) you cannot justifiably criticise the legal and legitimate actions of people that do !

I'm in my last year of having a junior gunner membership, so not too expensive at all, £14 or £19 per match is fantastic value, and I have loved Arsenal since i was a young(er) boy as one side of my family is AFC, and one side SWFC, so I apply to both of the above categories, and believe me I felt the pain of last sunday!

Don't feel like you have to justify your football sympathies to anyone,Jonnyswfc22. Very interesting views on Wenger though. He will have aged five years by the end of this season if you ask me. Arsenal for the quadruple!
